These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nagpur Camera Rental's Website, located at https://nagpurcamerarental.com.
We assume that you have read and thereby accept the following terms and conditions before renting the equipment by us.
Terms and Conditions:
A. IDENTITY VERIFICATION:
1: Original Aadar card/Passport/Driving Licence to be deposited
2: Soft copy of PAN to be sent on email
3: Two Alternate Numbers of Kin/Guardian
B: ADDRESS VERIFICATION
1: Soft copy of electricity bill not older than 3 months
2: Soft copy of Passport to be sent on email with a self-declaration saying
” I …………… confirm that the safety of the equipment/s rented is solely my responsibility,
and in any event of damage or theft,
I shall be responsible for the same as per the terms of the contract.”

50% of NON REFUNDABLE rental amount to be paid to confirm the booking.
100% NON REFUNDABLE rental payment to be made before or at the time of delivery.
We appreciate clientele through reference only
Or otherwise,
Refundable security amount along with original government authorized documents to be submitted.
[ Note: The refundable security deposit will be returned at the time of return of equipment in the given condition]
3: User or the reference will be held responsible for any kind of damage to the equipment and will have to pay the loss amount within 24hrs.
4: Delivery of equipment at Airport or Railway station will be provided at an additional cost.
5: We will not be responsible for any kind of data loss.
6: At any instance of CANCELLATION of booking by the client before the renting or during the tenure of renting of equipment shall be NON REFUNDABLE irrespective of any reason.
7: At any instance of Rescheduling of date of booking by the client before the renting of equipment shall be NON REFUNDABLE irrespective of any reason.
8: The rental agreement shall be read with conditions above along with the conditions mentioned therein.
9: If any of the conditions are not fulfilled,” NAGPUR CAMERA RENTAL” shall have all the rights irrespective of any reasons thereof to cancel the booking at any given point of time, and in such case no refund shall be granted.

Nagpur-Jabalpur-Nagpur: 6000

Nagpur-Kanha-Nagpur: 6500
Nagpur-Bandhavgrah-Nagpur: 11,000
Nagpur-Pench-Nagpur: 3000
Nagpur-Tadoba (Kolara)-Nagpur: 3500
Nagpur-Tadoba (Mohurli)-Nagpur: 6000
All the above rates are exclusive of GST (GST will be charged at 6%)
Note: We have a dedicated vehicle pickup and drop vehicle for cameras equipment’s only.
